MSI has confirmed the release of its Windows 7 Wind U150 touchscreen for 2010. Following some anticipation from Intel lovers the Pine Tail chipset is really going to be released as the Wind U150.
It would be presenting some real competition from ASUS T91 and the MSI would also have Intel’s chipset with CES 2010. This did make sense in as the previous rumors are now contending to be true. The chipset keeps items on track release.
The UK version of Microsoft Windows 7 has been upgraded pre release. Before Sept. 1st the new system gets ready for the new release. The freshly upgraded system will be released all over Europe and would be available through pre-order in selected Microsoft stores.They would also be available on special order from Microsoft stores online. Retail partners of Microsoft would be making the new version of the Windows 7 to be available on stores from September only. Microsoft blogger Brandon LeBlanc has officially declared this through a blog.
TechRadar has guided throughout the upgrading process of the Windows 7. a full bodied version of the Windows 7 will have been confirmed by Sept. 1st. However you should not wait any longer for ordering the new version. For those who have already placed their orders, they will also get a complete version of Windows 7 which would include the IE 8 as well!
Nokia Booklet 3G
The Nokia Booklet 3G netbook is being released in early next month. This netbook from Nokia is Intel/Microsoft based with 12 hour battery back up promise. It is quite light weighing just about 2.75 pounds.
It is built in GOS with its 3G portion with wireless data connection coming to it as well. The specs and details of the Nokia are coming over with Booklet 3G running Windows 7.
It would be interesting to see it working with the kind of promised longevity that it is being proclaimed to be having. It is in fact promised to be the longest durable battery sustenance level that any netbook currently boasts of in the market. It is a bit slower than the power hungry Z series but still has the kind of promise of longevity that we all crave. Its screen will also come with a higher resolution with about 1280×800 or 1366×786.
