T-Mobile Accidentally Posts Secret iPhone 3G S Specs

iPhone 3G SAs everyone knows iPhone is hottest product from Apple. But Apple has rejected to reveal to anyone what chip is embedded within the iPhone 3G S. “s” in 3G S can very well stand for secrecy even though Apple refers it for speed. But T-Mobile in the Netherlands apparently didn’t get the memo, and without caring about these things, has gone ahead and has given many hardware specs on the product page for the new models.

iPhone 3G S outperforms the original iPhone with 128MB and 412MHz as compared against twice times of 256MB RAM for the OS and 600MHz processor. The added RAM alone probably makes a huge difference — if you have ever added memory to a Mac you’ll know how much OS X loves it some extra gigs to play around in. The processor speed of iPhone 3G S is higher compared to the second-gen iPod Touch’s 532MHz. It is also very efficient compared to the Palm Pre, which has the same processor speed of 600MHz.

This consideration will never matter that much serious when iPhone goes to the sale. It will be sold at a higher rate and its wave will hit the market very vigorously. So we wonder how long T-Mobile will keep this information under closure in the future.
